Every Session Done By an Expert
While some Scalp Micropigmentation companies use multiple artists with varying levels of experience, all of our treatments are done by our founder Zoe herself. Thanks to her background working as a tattoo artist and as a professional painter, her rigorous training with SMP experts, and her countless hours of Scalp Micropigmentation work, Zoe is one of the best SMP artists in the world today. Zoe, known for her artistic eye and her drive for perfection, has mastered the art of SMP creating the most natural-looking results as she works tirelessly every session to achieve it.
Multi-Session Process
A key element of Zoe’s SMP process is spreading her work over multiple sessions. She will take a light approach during a client’s first session in order to ensure the final results will be natural. Then, at a client’s second session, she will assess how the SMP ink has taken to the person’s scalp in order to decide how to proceed in terms of ink darkness and density. Similarly, if Zoe is creating a hairline, she’ll start a bit more conservatively, going soft and natural during the first session. Then, at the next session, she will examine the initial results and consult with her client before creating the hairline’s finishing details. Working gradually allows her to optimize the work by perfectly tailoring her placement and pigments to each individual client’s scalp and feedback.
Micro Needles for Realism
Many companies use standard permanent makeup needles to perform Scalp Micropigmentation, which create dots that are too large to realistically simulate hair follicles. At Queen of SMP, however, Zoe uses tiny micro needles that are a fraction of the size of commercially available needles, allowing her to create hyper realistic follicle replicas.
Color True Inks
Some SMP companies use tattoo inks or permanent makeup pigments that are made up of constituent colors, like purple, blue, or green. These pigment mixtures may look black initially, but can break down and change color due sun exposure or a person’s unique body chemistry. These types of pigment mixtures can begin to look blue, green, or purple within a matter of months. At Queen of SMP, however, Zoe never uses pigments that contain constituent colors, so her SMP work will never turn blue, green, or purple. Zoe only uses pure pigments that don’t contain color additives, ensuring your results stay color true.
Relaxed and Safe Environment
At Queen of SMP, we care deeply about not only your results, but also your treatment experience. We treat our clients with respect, courtesy, and compassion at all times, since we want every part of your SMP experience to be the best it can be. Our founder Zoe is exceptionally personable, down-to-earth, and friendly, and she excels at making every Queen of SMP client feel comfortable. If you feel anxious or shy about any part of your treatment, know that Zoe will help put you at ease.
Strict Confidentiality
We understand that many people would prefer to keep their SMP session private. That’s why we have an extremely strict confidentiality policy. We will never share the details of your appointment with any outside parties (unless you explicitly ask us to).
